* Glad to know my CHEd-ZRC research project involvement is on again. I thought it was dead already and that I am doomed. It turns out, our fund is just on hold 'til June but we'll still be starting with data gathering this summer despite the lack of funds to make use of our "relaxed" summer schedule. We'll be borrowing money from other studies.

* My possible summer teaching load is dying! As of Monday, there were only 8 enrollees for ProbStat (a class needs 20 to live) and only 4 for Smart-ADIS. Discrete Math is surely alive though, but I don't think it will be given to me. I guess it's time to look for "options"!

* I'm all excited for August and October. Bells will be ringing...

* I have found out that a cockroach lives for about 2 weeks without food or drink or anything. How? A cockroach got trapped inside my large Blue Magic paper bag and I left it there 'til it starves or get bored to death. It couldn't climb out because the bag is too big and the walls of the bag are too slippery. I don't understand why it didn't fly it's way out though. It died at approximately 2 weeks after getting trapped. I know, I'm cruel to rodents!

* I'm also excited (and nervous) for this Sunday. I'll be playing for the biggest church event this year for the first time here in Pardo Locale. I've been preparing for this since end of January...God help me on that day!
