I've been doing this vice for awhile now because I am a big pasta fan. Modesty aside, I think I have mastered the art if making delicious spaghetti. My sister and her friends can attest to that because they love it everytime. Ha! I just love pasta and I want to keep experimenting with it. Watch out, world...a new pasta chef (is there such a thing?) is born!
