familiar stranger

I'm quite sure everyone has experienced meeting a stranger who looks or feels familiar like we've had an encounter with that person in the past but we just couldn't put our finger on where or when.

Well, it happened to me last night while riding a jeep. This gay-ish person sat across where I sat and really IS familiar. I was 99% sure that I've seen or interacted with him before but it beats my head thinking when, where or how. The thing is, I have this unpleasant feeling about our previous encounter wherever or whenever or however that may be. Yikes! For all I know we could be 'enemies' of some sort that I just don't remember. If that's the case, then I've lost already.
