* We were again assigned to Cantipla in the morning of Saturday. Jane and I went there to help with the choir. They needed an organist (that's me) and an extra voice (that's Jane). We rode a habalhabal through the sunny yet very cold mountains of Cebu South. The driver mistook us for teenagers! And we didn't bother to correct him. Ha!
Luckily, my lack of sleep the night before didn't take effect until we were going home.

* Sister Mulan, Mam Leah, Joan and Angie (Sister's officemates) and I went to the Vagina Monologues (a play) at Onstage, Ayala Center. We enjoyed it very much. I was about women and their vaginas and focused on empowering women so that they can stand against violence. The play was mostly in English but there are bits of Tagalog and Bisaya in some episodes. The Bisaya parts are some of the most hilarious. I think I'll see this again next year. After the play we stayed at Ayala Food Choices for some bonding and chika. I got home at almost 12:30AM already. I only had about 3 hours of sleep coz I had to wake up early for church duties.

* My lack of sleep during that night was complemented by food. I had another BIG breakfast with my usual breakfast gang, Nhery and Jonie, after church. We had special recipe kugita (octopus), larang nga iho (shark) and ubod (eel) in spicy stew at our favorite larangan at the back of Pardo public market. Delicioso! Two servings of rice wasn't enough. I know, I eat A LOT during breakfast...that's perfectly justified coz I didn't have lunch coz I was too tired to go out and buy food. As of the writing of this post, I'm starving again! (Huhu...could it be that I'm getting fat?)
* I don't feel so well right now, probably due to consecutive sleep-deprived nights and getting a bit wet by the rain when went home from Cantipla. I missed our supposedly weekly (every Sunday afternoon) badminton games at church, the one that gave me the body pains early this week, but that's all right coz next week isn't going away or anything, right?
