This is one of the favorite lunch of many students in school. It is delicious (especially if you're into hot and spicy taste), and friendly on the student budget.
Ngohiong sounds like Chinese food (as it probably is, I don't know). It's kinda like lumpia but instead of pork inside, it is stuffed (I think) with ubod (from coconut). I love especially if it is still hot and crispy, and with a very well-made (just right spicyness) sauce/dip.
